Before you Go, Say "IT"

Not once, but a hundred times, I've had something really important to say, "Only after they have left."

What is it that gives us the answer, only when we think we have no way to use the answer?

Maybe a too careful mind, or a hesitant self or . . .

But really, what matters is we feel left behind or incomplete and non-effective.

Missing out we feel we have something missing in us. We are missing.

Well, there is an answer to change you feelings of what you have as your parts or whole.

Take a moment in a day that has incompleteness in it and write a note to the time "you did say, whatever."

Try it now. Just think of a time you didn't say "IT", and now say it.

Think of them and say it, and notice what you feel about you having said "IT" for yourself to them.

Even when they haven't heard "IT" you've said it.

Good for you!
It is good for you.
