So often the day is a beginning place and we settle for that as the WHOLE day's course or tone. Important to remember that the beginning is only that, a part of the whole day, not THE DAY.
Next time you are faced with a had day, see the part and ask yourself, "Can I choose to change how I feel about this start?" Try this, remember a day that something started hard and ended happy and fun. See you can change how you feel.

Talked to a friend today that had something to warrant concern and some fear of the out come from what he was not confronting. Then it became clearer in the conversation that the target of the fear revealed the object to be healed or dealt with constructively. Now that was a revelation. Looking at the fear brought the subject to awareness that had the direction to follow to find the solution or healing needed.
Fear was a helping guide post. Now, that's a different relationship with fear. No cowering, no withdrawing, no complaining, just the knowledge that at the end of the journey with fear, deliverance from the oppressor was revealed. WOW!

Being lost is no way to get found
Well here we are in a time of change so great that it is impossible to even have a sense of the "standards" that are change to. . .
I'm watching so many examples of it is all changing so fast that people are just screaming anything from their subconscious, just to hear themselves, and hear some thing they used to know or believe in or be familiar with at least.
Politics seems to be filled with children, foolishness and fear of change.
This is a great time in life to find inner strengths and truths that can be accessed to find peace. It surly is not out side.

When change has come, it looks like it soon there after
We work to change a thing or some thing in our lives. We want something we don't have, we want something that is already true for us to no longer be true. We're looking for the change. We're wanting the change. Will it ever come?
NO
Change is not in the result. The change is not in what was added or what was taken away.
The change stands independent of the result of the change. When our brave delegates choose to declare independence from the British Crown, nothing change at the moment. When they voted, nothing changed.
No "thing" changed. And we, all of us, were and are for ever change by their choice.
The change did not look different at the moment of it's occurrence. The change was not shown from without.
It did not LOOK like a change, IT was a change.
To be a creator of change in the world, the nation, in ourselves, we need to be focused on the inner process to truly evaluate if "change" has occurred. The real creators of change are aware of the inner process which is the womb of creation and the real start of what we will learn to focused on, to be creator of change.
Change is created when no one can point to any "thing" that proves the change.
Change is magical!

My World is Mine
This last week I saw a way to accept the world as my world. A world with its issues and its process, as I am with issues and a process. But the imperfections and the flows do not invalidate the existence. I am. That is first. Yes, I am.
And Being, I am creating as I evolve and unfold my wisdom, my learning and even my mistaken understandings. But then, all of those parts of my journey are the proof of "I am."
I am is the statement of my existence. And in that existence growth is concomitant with my existence. My growing is part of my "I am." If you ever watch a plant or a vine grow and reach for the light, you will notice sometimes the vine reaches in on direction and not finding a way to reach the light in a particular direction, it changes it course (journey) and goes another direction to find the light. Has its existence been negated by its change in course or a "mistaken" past direction? Of course not.
Today I am mistaken, and I am.
It is a glorious day, today.
I am mistaken,
I am!
How wonderful is our universe, in all its generosity!

Mountains, Gods calls
If I'm rushed and left for sad, I reach for the mountains and the spirit in the light.
It isn't that I haven't found Goddess presence in so many places. But each of us has "A" place,
A place we know we have found the healing presence. So, Remind yourself:
Go to where the flow of the spirit that heals is for you.
Reach out for the love and receive the healing they offer and rejoice in giving you.
